You tell us
A voice note, a screenshot, or one line about the person. We have started from all three. There is no form you have to fill in first.

We sketch
You get a layout and a firm quote before anything is cut. Changes at this stage are free, and most people use two rounds.

Hands
Cutting, printing, binding, lettering — 7 to 12 days at a desk, by us. We send photographs at the halfway point.

Packed
Rigid box, corner protection, and a photograph of the finished piece before it leaves. Then 2 to 4 days anywhere in India.
Customise it
Paper, ribbon, and what it says on the cover. Everything else we work out in conversation.

Delivery, and the things people ask
We make everything ourselves, so nothing ships the same day. Most pieces take 7 to 12 days from the point we have your photographs, and then 2 to 4 days in transit anywhere in India. If you have a date, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
How long does it actually take?
Between 7 and 12 days of making, depending on the piece, plus 2 to 4 days of courier. The clock starts when your photographs reach us, not when you order — that is usually where the delay comes from.
Why is there no price, only 'from ₹X'?
Because the final number depends on how much goes into it — the number of pages, whether we are restoring old photographs, how many letters you want written out by hand. The 'from' price is a real starting point, not a teaser. We send a firm quote before anything is made.
My photographs are bad. Blurry, dark, screenshots.
That is normal and it is our problem, not yours. We print weak photographs small, or in black and white, or set them into paper so the texture carries them. Send everything and we will tell you which ones will not work.
Can I see it before it is finished?
Yes. We send photographs at the halfway point of every piece, and for albums we send the full layout before anything is printed. Changes at that stage are free.
Do you deliver outside the big cities?
Yes, anywhere in India. Small towns typically add two days. We pack in rigid boxes with corner protection — nothing has arrived damaged so far, and if it does we remake it.
How do I pay?
Half when you confirm, half before we ship. UPI or bank transfer. We do not take full payment upfront for anything handmade.
Can you do twenty of the same thing for a corporate order?
Up to about twenty, yes, with a longer lead time — usually three weeks. Beyond that the handmade part stops being true, so we say no.
What if I do not know what I want?
Most people do not. Answer the three questions further up this page, or just send us a voice note describing the person. We are used to working from that.
